  -Performed structural analysis on newly designed and affected aircraft structures for Airbus 320/321 passenger-to-freighter aircraft conversion solution in a fast-paced environment.-Managed structural analysis efforts on new crew entry door structure for design solutions over a period of 4 years, with 3 months turnover period for each update.-Assessed design solutions feasibility and robustness and presented findings to stakeholders on a yearly basis during initial development phase.-Performed documentation of static and fatigue & damage tolerance solution data for submission to aviation authorities for every design solutions configuration.-Attained Airbus 320/321 passenger-to-freighter supplemental type certificate (STC) within 7 years for approval to perform conversion.-Assessed incoming aircraft deviations and part manufacturing non-conformity, preventing parts wastage and saving up to SGD 100,000 per aircraft.-Verified queries from collaborating team to ensure delivery of conversion kits and final products for 3 months turnover period.-Implemented Python driven analysis, reducing analysis time up to 4 folds.-Introduced data storage and retrieval process using SQL database, reducing storage space up to 50GB and allowing faster retrieval/filtering of data.-Developed robotic automation process for gathering document contents, reducing up to 1 man-hour per document.
