  Lead a team of Engineers both Audio and Video, working jobs across multiple events from concerts to sporting events. Manage budgets, Travel, staffing needs and more. Design and oversee the build of anything new that comes into the doors at JHE requiring AV. Coordinate with vendors, and act as a consultant for JHE and any parties involved in an event handling AV from small mixers and switchers to full Television Production Trucks. Performed as the leader of a team of engineers, designing, wiring and operating video equipment for live productions and broadcasts. Handled all budgets travel and staffing for the PBR account at JHE. Managed the in house post production work flow. Designed all things video related including the NASCAR All-Star stage every year at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Managed in house post production. Oversaw all things technical on the IndyCar account at JHE. Worked as leader of a team that produced all content for the IndyCar Big Screen program. Operated the audio console as an A1 and assisted audio as an A2 for the NASCAR Pre-Race account at JHE. Acted as the sole video editor for all in house content. Built stages for concerts and pre-race activites.
