      Jan 1990 - Jan 2010
      Program Director

My leadership successfully spearheaded a collaborative community team to revitalize a major annual conference. A creative marketing campaign increased net revenues from a negative balance to a 200% annual revenue increase over a 3 year period. As Program Director, I developed an innovative mental health and aging awareness program that generated a $ 10% increase in grant revenue and annually attracted over 400 professionals to highly acclaimed educational forums. My collaborative grant writing and negotiation effort generated a foundation grant that launched a ground-breaking military outreach program, "Operation Healthy Reunions" that provided referrals to trusted community resources for hundreds of active military, and their families that served in the Iraq and Afghanistan theaters of war. The grant provided specialized counseling to military families allowing families to remain intact and military personnel to regain productive employmentFor several years I directed a solution driven community resource team that transformed the lives of at-risk youth. With my leadership, our collaborative team benefited over 200 youth and families annually by moving the youth towards more positive behaviors, reuniting them with family and building stronger relationships.
