  My career started as an account officer of corporate banking division in 1992 after I passed a Muamalat Officer Development Program with the best achivement trainee. Then, I took a several position within 1992 – 2005, were as follows : Branch Manager of BMI Surabaya, Division Head of Remedial, General Manager of Head Office, and General Manager for Administration, Network & Alliance and Assistant Director. Since 2005, I had been promoted by Shareholder of BMI to be as Retai Business Director. Reporting to President Director with main responsibility to develop and supervise a retail business especially for fund raising of SHARE saving account Card. The primary task was to make an expansion 1000 retail outlets of Bank Muamalat Indonesia through implementation alliance strategic with PT. Pos Indonesia, a state owned company which has 5000 outlets in IndonesiaAchievements: • BMI had 1400 outlets strategic alliance with Pos Office (it called SOPP stands for system operation payment point) during 2005 – 2007.• Under SOPP, BMI generated 1.2 million customer base and IDR 2 trillion of funding customer in the form of Shar-e saving account in period of 2005 - 2007.• Launching new product of Shar-e saving account with distinctive product. It is easy to access all of ATM Bersama network managed by Artha Jasa switching company. Other than that, Share can also be accessed to ATM and DEBIT BCA network managed by PT. Prima (BCA subsidiary). This facility is under strategic alliance master agreement with PT. Artha Jasa and PT. Prima. • Project director for establishment PT. Al Ijarah Indonesia Finance (ALIF). The Project started on May 2005 by entering agreement between Boubyan Bank of Kuwait and International Leasing and Investment Company (ILIC) Kuwait and Bank Muamalat Indonesia as ALIF share holder.
