If required performing mechanical test and chemical analysis in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standards.  Welding inspection of various piping materials like duplex stainless steel, stainless steel Alloy steel, Carbon steel etc. Maintain the latest version of all contracts documents, drawings, specifications and International standards. Witnessing of pre/post weld heat treatment.  Witnessing of Mechanical testing such as tensile, Bend, Toughness (Impact) testing and macro. Witnessing of (Pressure) Pneumatic, Hydro test (Seat leakage, backseat, shell test) for various types of valves Such as Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly, Pressure relief, Fire hydrant(Landing), Non return valves etc..
