  - Working as Assistant Shift Supervisor / Driller in Drilling Rig NG-1500-4, Onshore Western Region.- Operating Rig equipped with Drillmec ETD550 Top Drive System (TDS), Automatic Vertical Pipe Handler (Stinger), Power Controlled Tongs (PCT), and Sara Sae GDS1500 Drawworks for drilling operations.- Observed and assisted in Drilling Operations, Casing Lowering & Cementation, Slip Setting, Wellhead Installation, BOP installation & pressure testing under the guidance of the Company man.- Executing Well Plan and Coordinating with Directional Drillers to maintain the well trajectory as per GTO.- Rig Moves, And Rig Building Operations: a. Coordinated Logistics handling, Site preparation, and manpower management.- Gained exposure to handling complex well conditions, including: a. Stuck Casing Condition, Casing Cutting using Logging & Mechanical Cutter, and Casing Retrieval Operation. b. Stuck Pipe Situation and Fishing of Stuck Drill String. c. Sidetracking operation in Well #GNDHT (Gandhar, Gujarat, India). d. Core Drilling operation in Well #CWAB (Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India). Show less
