  In this role, I collect, analyze, and share actionable research and insights related to the journey of our online students with a special emphasis on adult learners. I lead and support efforts to continuously improve the experience of prospective students moving through the enrollment funnel, track progress toward specific enrollment goals, and provide analysis and recommendations for decision making. I develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive transformational change for online and adult learners and manage communications related to a student's journey from inquiry to applicant, through matriculation. I also support the retention and success efforts of the Division of Online and Strategic Learning's learner experience team, the admissions office, marketing and communications, and other units across the University. In my current role at Ball State, I provide thought leadership for digital marketing, administer digital marketing systems, and consult campus partners on current practices for online and digital branding and communications.I have supervised and managed professional staff, graduate assistants, and undergraduate students.I get the most satisfaction from the parts of my job that involve creative problem solving, proposing a solution, and measuring business results.
