  1. At the mine I have been writing and reviewing the company Standard Operating Procedures for electrical section , shaft and general maintenance2. I have been exposed to underground electrical section, I helped the section in the entire surface rebuilt and work shop supervision.3. I have drawn a single line diagram from beginning for the whole mine site in a proper standard.4. I have acted as the shaft superintendent and managed a crew of 62 people.5. I have organized and managed the vendor maintenance on shaft components. ( Winder gear box, vibration on refrigeration plant CCT fans)6. I have been a part of refrigeration plant commissioning team and have written three procedures for the plant.7. I have acted as maintenance training superintendent and managed the section for all the training, promotion and developing new courses with simulator.8. I have prepared 4 financial documents (AFE) for capital expenditure.9. I have participated in design and implementation of projects in the shaft area (Lime dosing and new skip dimension analysis).10. I have prepared managerial reports for shaft and electrical section.11. I have also been a part of incident investigation team for MTI injury.12. I have prepared log sheets for refrigeration plant and rock winders availability and also implemented lifting equipment log books.13. At present I m the shaft engineer, and I overall look after the shaft operations and day to day activities.
