  Collect and prepare samples for chemical and physical analysis of products according to predefined procedures. Operate laboratory equipment to ensure the reliability and accuracy of results for the quality control department. Analyze data and generate reports to monitor and improve product quality. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot problems and optimize processes. Area operation of the Utilities Process at a Pulp Mill, including boiler feed water treatment station via skid mounted reverse omosis systems and ion exchange resin vases, biomass-fired power boiler and steam generation, turbo generator, compressed air station via centrifugal compressor and effluent treatment station via microbiological treatment with activated sludge system. Specialists supervised study of the processes of chemical recovery (evaporation, chemical recovery boiler, white liquor plant and lime kiln) and utilities (boiler feed water treatment station, turbo generator, compressed air station and effluent treatment station) of the cellulose extraction process.
