Worked in an eighth grade classroom to provide support to teachers and students. This included working one-on-one and in small groups with students on math and English language arts interventions. Also coordinated school-wide math intervention plans.

  Served as consultant and coach to a portfolio of five partner organizations serving more than 1,600 students and volunteers to plan and implement college access-mentoring programs adapted to each partner’s context utilizing iMentor’s program model, technology platform and curriculum. Areas of focus included: - Develop and manage partnerships with local and national organizations - Coach partners through utilization of proprietary technology to develop high impact, scalable mentoring programs - Consult on volunteer recuritment and retention strategy to fuel program growth - Collaborate on strategy and service design for higher education market - Represent client specifications during the product development process - Co-design and deliver training and network-building activities including an annual conference for the entire partner community Show less Worked to coordinate the high school college success program for over 250 students and volunteers at a Bronx high school, focusing on relationship building as well as academic and professional skill development.
