      The I&O Programme is responsible for the delivery of hardware to enable digital ways of working in the courts and tribunals, including Wi-Fi, screens and hardware to support Video Hearings.• Led the delivery of the All in One PC Project to deliver ~3700 devices across the estate into 262 venues, to enable Litigants in Person and Witnesses’ access to digital content in the hearing room, removing the need to print large evidence bundles. Capital budget in excess of £3.5m. This project is pioneering the use of Microsoft Intune for HMCTS to remotely manage the device polices, significantly reducing support costs• Supported delivery of the Panel Solution Project to provide over 2500 hybrid laptops across 270 sites, to enable 33,000 Magistrates, non-salaried Judiciary and Tribunal panel members to work digitally in HMCTS hearing venues. Capital budget of 2.5m• Assisted in the delivery of the Dual Screens Project for the Judiciary into 220 Civil, Family and Tribunals buildings on time and under budget. This included deploying 3,500 devices to over 900 hearing rooms and circa 900 judicial chambers across the HMCTS estate. Capital budget of 1.5m• Managed hardware investment in the courts and tribunals to facilitate digital ways of working and support the delivery of the Reform Programme’s benefits profile through the service projects• Supported the Senior PM in the initiation stage of the Video Hearings Hardware Project to deliver the technical infrastructure for Video-Enabled Court Rooms, Judicial Video Hearing Suites, Legal Professional Booths and Witness Booths.
