  As a current APSE member who holds a Basic ACRE certification, CESP, and benefits counseling knowledge from VCU, I work to develop Job Coach training and implementation of training for job seekers with disabilities including but not limited to mock interviews, job readiness training including health behavioral change and motivational strategies, job site analysis, task analysis, and discipline support. Throughout Covid-19, I have assisted small businesses in understanding how to safely employ people with disabilities and what modifications and accommodations can be made for both parties to be successful.Maintain a caseload of 8 receiving employment services and coordinating the training and certification for Job Coaching.Participate in networking events with GSV Young Professionals, Business Networking International GSV Business Exchange, 1 Million CUPS Susquehanna Valley, and more in order to build my social capital and develop community connections to use for enhancing employment services.Identify needs within the community and potential matches for employment and integration. Provide sensitivity training and awareness information to community members and local businesses that support programs serving or employing individuals with disabilities. Show less Maintain administration and staffing training records for state review and ongoing licensure. Develop, design, and present training material pertaining to policy, state regulations, and general subject matter specific to supporting individuals with disabilities.Collaborate with training team members to identify ongoing educational needs for staff working in managed care programs, research educational material to use in presentations, and create engaging programs for ongoing staff development. Plan, coordinate, and implement support to a caseload of 3 individuals in residential and community settings focusing on maximum community integration. Manage staff working within community programs through facilitating monthly meetings, creating program reports, approving time, and reviewing case notes.Since Covid-19, I coordinated the implementation of virtual training, testing, and safe practices for in-person and direct training with my training team. I have successfully facilitated 11 New Hire training events between April and November of this year bringing on almost 50 new employees during a pandemic. I have also reintroduced programs that were on hold due to Covid-19 following state mandates and safety precautions. I have also been at the head of projects such as introducing systems for information tracking, transcript development and catalog of materials for easy access. Show less

  Event Coordinator

  I assisted with both private and public event coordination from birthday parties, wedding receptions and showers to monthly fundraising events including food and music. I also coordinated the seasonal food and wine pairing dinners with the owners and coordinated schedules and budgets surrounding such events. I met with local artists and small business owners to create and offer teamed events such as wine and design, yoga, and university tours for local colleges. I assisted in the development of the winery's first "Wine & Mile" event in 2015 with a strong turnout. I participated in chamber training events to develop business connections and share the mission of the winery in their local communities. Show less

  Elected as my LSV Class Representative, I started serving of the LSV Boad in July of 2019. In 2021 I was selected to serve as the Vice President of the BOD and in July 2022 I had the honor of being asked to serve as the Board President.

Through conversation I am able to bake and design custom creations based off customer preferences and design inspiration.I maintain my business website, business blog, and social media presence through photography as well as oversee budgeting, pricing for goods and services, quality control, supply management, and customer satisfaction. A creative artist of all sweet things beautiful and edible.
