I had a whole team of 200+ members where I was leading them and conducted a Technical Fest at D.Y.Patil University Campus.Here I learned many skills like Team Player, Leadership, Management, Negotiating and more skills. Being a Publicity Co-Head in ISTE RAIT my role was to bring maximum participants in each and every event that was scheduled by my team members.Here I got to interact with many new people this developed my Communication skills Being a Co-Ordinator In ISTE RAIT my role was to manage every event, workshop, tech-talks, and complete the tasks given by my core team members.
