Forward Contracting> Dealing with forward confirmation & verify all the contractual terms are captured correctly .> Receiving Underlying documents for the Forward & Option Deal . > Analyzing & reporting of discrepancies in the received Underlying to the Business & Customer & ensure that the same is closed within the 15 days of TAT as per RBI Guidelines . > Checking out on Unhedged foreign currency exposure of the client , EBID Figures on quarterly Basis & ensure timely Updations to reduce the provisioning amount of the bank . BANK GUARANTEE > Dealing with bank guarantee cancellation part as per bank process . ( Checking with BG number , issue date , expiry date , claim date , discharge letter , bene letter & Approvals if any while concluding the task ) LIMIT SHIFTING> Raising a case for interchanigng the limits (e.x. preship to cc & vice versa ) , Releasing excess FD . Releasing marging money for LC payment & reinstate cc for bill discounting > Liasining with the Disbursement team & CPUT for the said cases in case of Business & Customer queries . Inward Remittance > Dealing with customer disposal & getting the same to have processed from central team .> Resolving the customer Purpose Code issue incase there's any outstanding in EDPMS : Arranging the requisite invoices , FIRC , Business Approvals & issue revised FIRC .
