      As the Head of Primary I was responsible for the educational and character development of each student. This included: • creating, developing and monitoring policies, procedures and communications between parents, faculty and students• being particularly concerned with school programs outside of the academics.• working closely with the head of Teaching and Learning in ensuring the best possible learning outcomes. • being responsible for the overall welfare of the students and faculty associated with the school.• conducting weekly assemblies for the student body and weekly staff meetings with the teaching faculty• organising overseas trips• sharing ideas and decisions as key personnel that charted the direction of the schoolMajor Achievements• Created and structured the Head of Primary’s roles and responsibilities• Led a team consisting of 270 students, 60 staff members + outside service providers to organize the 10th anniversary celebration of NHJS for students, parents and special guests including Heads of educational ministries and ambassadors.• Created a ‘Student at Risk’ system to identify students who are struggling at school.
