He co-created and implemented a 3-day retreat for 24 Junior Staffers through leadership development training, Experiential Learning Activities, and continuous learning task in which the Junior Staff would successfully lead 20+ high school students each for 4 days of leadership activities and creating leadership plans to combat alcohol and drug abuse in communities throughout Virginia.
