  Preparation of Master Construction program and Detail Construction program and monitoring the site work on daily basis in order to facilitate management in decision making. QS Related: Scrutiny of Bills submitted by contractors received as per contract terms conditions and mapping with site execution. Preparing reconciliation of bulk materials on monthly basis. Timely raising the purchase / work order requisition as per project plan by generating indent in ERP.7. Site Coordination: Co-ordinate with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project accordingly providing the necessary support and timely decision to executing team in order to timely achievement of project objective.8. Documentation: Drawings and other documents are maintained appropriately and distributing to site team and contractors. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.9. Contracts and Risks: Taken some additional responsibilities related to Contracts i.e. matters related to Damage claims, Change of scope, Extension of Time, land acquisition, DFCC grant, State Support Agreement's, Utility/Encumbrances removals etc. Show less
