      I was responsible for managing the call center, email support, and all non face-to-face support for employees and students. I also was co-admin of our LANDesk project which include LANDesk Management Suite 9.5, Security Suite 9.5, Service Desk 7.5, and more. Throughout the year I create and lead training in both technical and soft skills. My primary role was supervising the day to day aspects of the technical support call center. From time to time I would lead projects such as development of an inventory control system or appointment calendar system. Frontline technical support for Windows based computers. This included deskside, phone and walkup support for employees and students.
