  Special education paraprofessional

  As a paraprofessional, I worked in the severe needs special education classroom. I worked with severely disabled students who were dependent on me as their caregiver, handling their complete care and safety monitoring. I assisted them in helping them attain their educational goals set in their IEPs. In addition, I was involved in the general education classrooms assisting other students in math, reading, and writing in order to fulfill their IEP and 504 plan requirements.
