      I redesigned and automated Kleinanzeigen's onboarding experience and onboarded >150 new team members in 10 months. In a hybrid way, while the company was migrating from eBay to Adevinta 🤯.🎯 Results:✅ Improved the "company onboarding" appreciation from 3.8 to 4.53 in 6 months ✅ Saved 185+ hours of admin work in 6 months with the implementation of DadoHR which translates approximately 1 month of a managers’ salary with the potential of saving 2 months of a managers salary per year. Managers reported using this time for coaching and detailed onboarding into the new joiners’ function✅ Reduced the feeling of isolation caused by remote onboarding. Meeting other new joiners was the 2nd most enjoyed feature of the onboarding experience and new joiners have reported to “feel part of the Kleinanzeigen community from day 1” Show less

      I took this time to celebrate 3 transformational years as a co-founder of EX Lab with a good rest.I travelled through beautiful Mexico, reconnected with my venezuelan side, created memorable experiences with my family, started to write again and learned to kitesurf in marvelous El Yaque, the venezuelan beach town that has produced the finest windsurf and kitesurf athletes. (Google Gollito Estredo 😉)What I did:🧶 Wove 38 pieces in an Inkle Loom: 18 bracelets, 8 book markers, 7 dog necklaces, 5 Keychains🏄🏻‍♀️🪁 I stood up and surfed after 5 clases of Kitesurfing 📖 Self-published my 3rd collection of poems in my first time every Riso printed A3 poster Show less
