      Duties included supervision of all food prepared and distributed, and supervising all employees. I was also responsible for ordering all needed food, drinks, and ingredients. While at Kiawah my first year I was responsible for dropping our food cost from 33% to an astounding 21% without sacrificing any of our menu’s items. In my second year I was responsible for introducing a computer system in a kitchen environment. I installed all parts of the kitchen’s operation in the computer for easy reference. Field agent Is more of an auditing app and my biggest assignments have been to audit ice cream cooler in gas stations from New York to key west and as far west as Texas and to do beer tap audits in bars in five different states.
