Jun 2017 - nowAs a project lead for FedEx Express's General Rate Increase (GRI), I oversee the annual rate adjustment for all European customers (>100K). This involves detailed analysis of complex data, process automation using Spotfire, SQL, SAS, and Excel Macros, and collaboration with US IT teams (to upload over 100M rows of data every year) and 25 EU markets' Pricing and Sales teams (to capture local nuances).The annual exercise of rate increase generated over $300M in topline increase for CY2024 for FedEx EU region. It also involves assessing the current compitior landscape and adjusting the existing surcharges/trigger logic to remain competitive in the market.I am also part of regualr customer profitability reviews which enables FedEx to generate higher revunue from underperforming customers, identified using in-house developed Machine Learning model. Show less My work as a Senior Revenue Management Analyst involved 3 key areas. 1. Commercial deals for large customers - Enterprise Global (EG)/ Enteprise Regional(ER) 2. Lead analytical & BI projects. Act as PMO.3. Training & consulting. Helping management with hiring as wellWhen it comes to commercial deals, I worked on 25 EG/ER customer pricing deals contributing over $500M in annual revenue. Within a year of my joining I was leading the Simplified Pricing portfolio for US customers as well. I handled over 100 simplified pricing deals which contributed to over $150 M in annual revenue.Under the analytical projects. I worked on 6 cross collaboration projects primarily as a lead and in some projects as a co-lead as well. These projects helped me gain deeper understanding of the systems, processes and DBs in place and enabled me take up PMO role. I started my journey in analytics and BI with co-leading Large Account Dashboard (LAD) & P01 Global Scorecard.I have led multiple corporate level initiative and helped the organization to adopt to the changing environment.
