  Managed a team responsible for the conversion and training process of approximately 1700 employers a year in the Rocky Mountain area located in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and South Dakota. My 32-person team included Supervisors, Relationship Managers, Client Trainers, Staff Trainers, Software Specialists, Project Managers and Data Entry Specialists for 2 unique payroll software platforms. Many of the employees work virtually or remotely. I was also responsible for maintaining a high level relationship with 7 Sales Managers and their 52 Sales Representatives. I managed budgets, created business plans, proactive client satisfaction programs, staff training programs and succession planning programs. I was also responsible for hiring, firing, reviews and HR support.
