      . Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with 8 supporting stores, to move product into the building supporting $75+ million in the market . . Develop systems and processes to maintain, house and deliver in excess of 500k units. . Created and presented to senior leadership a process to sustain Ecomm fulfillment out of Warehouse, processing in excess of 1k orders per day. . Wrote SOP and Policies for Warehouse Ecomm fulfillment. Creative problem solving in the areas of: Associate Development, Maximizing Productivity and Efficiency, Controlling Expense and Shrink.
