      In 2023, I joined the Graduate Professional Education team as the Director of Portfolio Management. Baylor University's Professional Education Initiative seeks to further the pillars and initiatives of Illuminate by promoting non-traditional, innovative, and transformational learning opportunities and building an internal infrastructure that serves and supports the constituents of these various programs. The Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change (EdD) is designed for working professionals who hold or seek organizational leadership roles across industries. Candidates in this collaborative online program desire to drive change through innovative approaches to teaching and learning in a variety of educational settings. They share Baylor’s commitment to a tradition of faith-based service and hope to employ these values in the meaningful change they create.
