Pace had Irish shareholders, global sales & marketing operating out of Santa Clara, CA and an 80 person strong (digital signal processing) engineering team located in Pune, India. Investors exited profitably in 2006 through a sale of the business to Nvidia Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA).• Negotiated and closed A & B equity and one mezzanine funding rounds.• Day to day responsibility for all supporting operations, i.e. finance, HR and IT.• Participated in sales & marketing campaigns with leading OEMs across Japan, US & Europe, including customer presentations and contract negotiations.
