      I am a California-licensed Professional Engineer with extensive expertise in the design and installation of industrial and municipal wastewater treatment and groundwater and soil remedial treatment systems. I have conducted wastewater characterization and treatability studies, soil and groundwater site assessments, remedial testing studies, remedial action plans/feasibility studies, remedial design, and has been responsible for the operation and maintenance of more than 50 soil and groundwater treatment systems.
