  Assisted in the project entitled "RAPD maker studies using Shorea roxburghii," which is a resinous species. According to the IUCN, it is currently an endangered species, so this work is undertaken to save the species from the endangered list. inferred with molecular techniques. With this baseline, it can also be used for gene mapping. I learned about primer synthesis, nanodrops, and gel documentation.
