  I was initially employed with this company as a Warehouse Office Associate to assist with the company start up and carry out warehouse administration duties including inventory control, sales order processing, issuing management reports within strict deadlines and liaison with customers.In March 2000 I was promoted to the position of Order Scheduler were I was responsible for the above plus daily planning of warehouse duties including receiving, shipping and ultimately ensuring product was picked and packed for shipping within an agreed timeframe. I also worked very closely with the internal transportation department in relation to customer shipments and third party storage. In Feb 2002 I was promoted to Operations Manager were I was responsible for a team of eighteen personnel and in September 2002 I was temporarily located to the Netherlands managing the administration office and constructing processes to enhance the day to day operations of a new plant and the recruitment / training of new staff.
