  I had the honour of working in a vibrant, purpose-driven atmosphere at the Youngistaan Foundation during my internship, which greatly enhanced both my academic and professional journeys. I worked on a range of projects during the internship that broadened my skill set and improved my comprehension of the non-profit industry. As an intern, I participated in a community outreach initiative to spread awareness of the organization's goals. Together with the outreach team, I created and carried out instructional sessions at neighbourhood community centres and schools. My project management abilities were improved by this experience, which also gave me a new perspective on the potential and difficulties associated with community involvement in the nonprofit sector.   During my internship at TV5, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in every facet of the news channel's operations, focusing specifically on political research and news editing. It was an exhilarating experience that allowed me to hone my skills and gain invaluable insights into the dynamic world of broadcast journalism. In addition, I got to work with state-of-the-art equipment and software that is utilized in news segment production and editing. In addition to improving my technical proficiency, this practical experience deepened my understanding of the labor-intensive behind-the-scenes work that goes into creating a news show.I had an opportunity to get mentoring from seasoned journalists and executives throughout my internship, who warmly shared their knowledge and experience. I was able to step beyond of my comfort zone and pursue greatness in whatever I did thanks to their advice and support.Overall, my internship at TV5 was a transformative experience that solidified my passion for politics and international affairs and equipped me with the skills and confidence to pursue a career in such a massive field.
