  In 2004 and 2005 I was manager of the structural group. At the time the group had approximately 25 people. I was involved in resource planning, project management, quality control, structural design and engineering support during construction.During entire period I served as lead structural designer and project manager on various projects in USA and Canada. Projects included water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, buildings, storage and maintenance facilities, aqueducts, and bridges.As a professional engineer licenced in several Canadian provinces and states in USA, I did most of my work independently. However, throughout design process I coordinated my work with various multi-disciplinary teams. Depending on the nature and complexity of the project, the team sizes varied between 5 and 50 people.
