  Worked with ZTE Pakistan as Microwave Expert for Telenor Vega Project. Successfully swapped 20 Clusters (more than 400 sites) in North Region of Pakistan. I was responsible for below key responsibilities:• Managed installation, configurations of Microwave links of a cluster and follow up with subcontractors for in time completion of cluster readiness to meet PIPs.• Commissioning (VLAN creation, QoS and LAG configuration) of NEC Microwave links (iPaso200, 400 &1000) of a cluster before swap.• Connectivity and testing of Root NE with PTN and BSC.• Abis Media Testing and ZTE SDR integration test before swap.• DCN implementation of all NEs in a cluster to make them visible on NMS.• Responsible for readiness of transmission media of a cluster before swap as per given PIPs.• Cluster owner before swap and during swap night for support of any technical issue during swap night.• Installation and commissioning of ZTE ZXSDR (BS8700/BS8900).• Installation of ZTE Rectifier W301 and its configuration.• Pre-swap alarms verification, Post-swap alarms patching and verification.• Acceptance of link in a cluster before swap of cluster. • Coordination with Telenor counterpart POC for all cluster swap related matters and issues.
