Faith specializes in listening to a person’s needs to provide a customized amount of hand-holding required to build an Ayurveda foundation for daily routines as well as uncovering the thought patterns that drive the unwanted behaviors. She is passionate about educating individuals and groups about how Ayurveda can be woven into a person’s current life to begin discovering optimal health.Faith has been teaching yoga for the past 8 years and now delivers Yoga and Ayurveda workshops as part of her business ‘Yoga With Faith’. If you’re craving calmness in your mind, health in your body, and balance in your life, Faith will teach you how to find these using Yoga and Ayurveda tools. As an Ayurveda Health Counselor, Faith works with clients on a 1:1, in-depth coaching bases and would love to support you further.To insist there is more light shed on the research of Ayurveda and how the world can benefit from this ancient science, Faith volunteers at CAR.
