Performed experiments to study the effect ofExtracellular Vesicles (EV) in Cerebrospinal Fluid for the diagnosis of neurodegenerativediseases and currently training a random forest classifier to predict EV location ofproteins given their sequence. As a Master Researcher in the Bioinformatics group at the AMC, I am developing a pipeline to link gene expression to metabolic levels, to obtain targets to treat metabolic disorders, under the supervision of Frans van der Kloet.
