  Project details:Client: Agence Nationale d'études et de Suivi de la réalisation des Investissements Ferroviaires (ANESRIF)“Design and build of the new railway Saïda-Tiaret, Algeria” and « Design and building of the new railway Saïda- Moulay Slissen, Algeria ». The project value is 900 million of euros. It is a 120 km project with 12 bridges, 76 box-culverts and 21 overpasses. Construction of a railway’s sleeper factory. Construction of 6 railway stations, signalization, intelligent transportation system (ITS) components.Main tasks:• Planning of works setting up resources in accordance with the budget and the contractual deadlines;• Organizing and managing the jobsite’s lab, providing quality control for earthworks and concrete works;• Managing the concrete batching plant with an average production of 12.000 cbm/month;• Managing the crushing plant, producing concrete’s aggregates and crushed stone ballast;• Managing subcontractors and suppliers;• Involvement in design’s strategies;• Active participation in the meetings held with the main Employer and the Engineer (Pöyry, Finland). The improvements under this contract consisted on providing roadway and bridge widening from six to eight lanes, milling and resurfacing and modification of the Toll Gantry and Plaza on State Road 528 in Orange County, Orlando FL. The length of the roadway is 4.85 miles and the total of the three bridges are 0.410 miles.Main tasks:• Managing the day to day activities of the team in the delivery of the high quality project.• Liaise with and manage the client.• In charge for the development of the Project Management strategy.• Leading the Procurement of Sub-consultants and Sub-contractors required for all of the Construction Packages.• Coordinate with the client, sub-consultants and contractors to ensure timely, cost effective delivery.• Advise client on the most appropriate option for the design and the construction of their project and provide concise reports to Clients.• Review overall project status with the Project Management, Project Controls and Commercial teams and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
