  Responsible for day-to-day running of marketing department, including event management, business development and IT systems throughout Fair Ways. Website editor and designer for all corporate materials. Staff supervision and project management of key campaigns within Fair Ways Responsible for day-to-day running of marketing department, including event management, business development and IT systems throughout Fair Ways. A transition from HR to Marketing, lasting slightly over a year with main duties and responsibilities being the day-to-day management of a busy HR & Recruitment team. Recruiting roughly 70 staff per year, with small resources available and intensive regulatory checks to complete. Conducting all internal grievances, investigations and disciplinaries and launching a company well-being project to further the support for staff in a stressful environment. Started with Fair Ways as an apprentice in July 2012, taking on responsibilities such as weekly regulatory checks across all staff and overseeing all recruitment and induction for staff.
