      My responsibility was the implementation of Healthcare program of Rumah Zakat in 18 Branches. During my period, I have been carrying out supervision of the services delivery for 151 women undergoing normal childbirth and 798 patients who enjoy MNCH services in our midwives partner, mass social services of 53.424 patients, 2.691 beneficiaries of free ambulance services, 787 children were circumcised in mass, 2.619 children under five malnutrition improved nutritional status, 5.498 toddlers visited posyandu that we have empowered in 18 RW.       Responsible for program implementation in 31 branches, including 8 maternity clinicsSupervise pharmacy, labs, and clinicsAdvise healthcare system development and researchUntil August 2013, there were 789 women who assisted in carrying out normal deliveries, 22.110 patients received immunization and ANC services, 5.661 couples get family planning program, 57.533 patients received first-level outpatient services in clinics, 356.300 patients receive mass social services -where almost two thirds getting health promotion and education-, 11.569 people received free ambulance service delivery, 2.169 children had been circumcised in mass, 5.082 children facilitated improved nutritional status, 312 people received medical aid, 55.573 beneficiaries in posyandu revitalization program, which consisted of 52.527 children under five who visited and 3.046 cadres (volunteers) who received training, and 17.849 students undergoing examinations and health promotion through programs "UKS".Until mid-2013, the number of families that have implement a good PHBS* reached 89%, which 4% of them are classified as "household with PHBS"*Good PHBS level: implemented 7-9 points of PHBS in Household level. Show less I was responsible for program implementation in 29 branches (cities) all over Indonesia. I have implement a supervision for services provision to 1.346 women who underwent normal delivery, MNCH services for 41.905 patients, 81.089 outpatients beneficiaries in 8 clinics, 332.980 patient who received mass social services, ambulance services for 16.932 beneficiaries, 2.891 children were circumcised, 1.988 toddlers got theri nutritional status improved, 485 medical aid beneficiaries, 42.821 children under five who visited posyandu in 27 branches, and 15.129 elementary and middle school students who received the intervention of program "UKS". In this period the level of beneficiary's satisfaction as measured by Service Quality Score is 94% for the Clinic and 97% for Free Ambulance service. Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) empowering program in the target area was also carried out with satisfying results. The number of family in the target area that perform PHBS well was increased 17%. The most successful interventions is in the behavior "to eat vegetables and fruit every day" and "do daily physical activity". Show less
