  Assignments Undertaken Identified and verified Halal requirements. Conduct daily Halal inspection for all four (4) factories, Monthly Internal Halal Audit throughout the four (4) factories and Main Warehouse and Internal Halal Audit for Baba’s branches (27 branches) entire Malaysia.  Raise non-compliance reports (NCRs) for violations, follow-up and compile all the reports. Conduct the internal Halal training and Halal awareness program as well as food handlers training and typhoid vaccination to all employees. Ensure Halal Assurance System is established, implemented and maintained accordance with Halal standards. Assist in development and communication of Halal policy. Supervise and conduct Halal Assurance System verification and validation activities. Initiate corrective actions and controls to the process including recalls and withdrawals until non-conformity or the unsatisfactory condition relating to Halal Assurance System requirements have been corrected. Responsible for the establishment’s Halal certification. (New applications and renewal of Halal certification.) Responsible for all the Halal files and documentation. Entertain Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) / Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor (JAIS) officers upon auditing/enforcement. Update/make changes all the controlled documents related to Halal matters. Prepare proposal for continuous improvements in Halal Assurance System. Check for compliance for procedures followed strictly according to documents. Monitor factories cleaning during cleaning process. Prepare all the reports/documents/files related to Halal matters.   Assignments Undertaken- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, standards, and guidelines to maintain consistency and reliability in product quality.- Involved in Management of Change (Supplier Change: 1st Tier Project) Blackout Tape Production to Perodua (PMSB, PGMSB), Proton, Honda, Tan Chong Motor (Nissan), Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia & ASSB Toyota.- Lead in all procedures initial to new Blackout Tape Production and automotive related products at Yoshitec Precision Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd and maintained up to present. Also initiate new procedures aligned with IATF 16949.- Responsible for any quality related to this production. Customer: 3M, Perodua, Proton, Honda, Tan Chong Motor (Nissan), Mitsubishi Motors Company & Toyota.- Responsible for all customers’ audits (3M, Perodua, Proton, Honda, Tan Chong Motor (Nissan), Mitsubishi Motors Company & Toyota).
