  Interventional Radiology & Endoscopy -- Led a team of 20+ Radiant & Lumens analysts, consultants, and trainers during Northwell Health's implementation of Epic. -- Ensured adherence to build wave timelines and gathered necessary cross-application information, preparing workflow demonstrations, and conducting on-the-spot demos to address questions from end users, C-suite members, and analysts. -- Proactively steered agendas, workgroup presentations, analyst meetings, weekly and monthly status reports, as well as follow-ups to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions for Northwell Health. -- Led and presented the weekly Procedural Workgroup, Endoscopy Workgroup, and bi-weekly Interventional Radiology Workgroup where build decisions were discussed and finalized with end user experts, C-suite members, and analysts. -- Hosted and led daily office hours for Lumens and IR analysts, consultants, and trainers to assist with build and training-related questions, ensure completion of integrated area tasks, and to set up playground environments for practice, helping them navigate different workflows and build in Hyperspace and Text. -- Held exam reviews with analysts and trainers during their Epic certification training. Articulated the implications of these regulatory changes on Epic's software, emphasizing the necessary adaptations to ensure continued compliance. -- Within the internal Green Light Group, I helped drive the company-wide endeavor to standardize all training materials utilized by end users learning Epic for the Radiant and Lumens applications. This involved consolidating existing materials into standardized formats, devising practice guides tailored to each end user type, and rigorously testing and diagnosing all practice and assessment materials within the live software environment. -- Provided software module training for Epic new hires, as well as on-site support for radiology and endoscopy end users during critical project stages including go-lives, technical dress rehearsals, charging support, and end user shadow charting at healthcare institutions.
