  Responsibilities:- Manage tech and support teams in north, central and south regions. - Manage support tickets of clients and align remote, on-site or resident engineers.- Pre-Sales activities which include initial technical meeetings with clients, understand their business needs and requirements, plan and conduct POCs for new technologies and solutions.- New deployments and migrations, develop feasible and secure network designs, plan resources and timelines, plan for maintenance windows.- Post deployments and post-sales include P1, P2 local technical support and P3, P4 technical support with Fortinet TAC for troubleshooting complex issues, conduct hands on training sessions on the products and complete documentations with LLDs.- Learn and develop understandings and an adequate skill set on new technologies and products in order to fulfill company's business needs.- Conduct training sessions for company's own staff and teams on new technologies and products.
