  • Conducted new product development (NPD) and handed over the production of hydrocarbon oxidation catalyst, for RIL. • Assisted for lab scale development and generated the SOP for optimizing pilot scale production of dehydrogenation catalyst. • Optimized the catalyst reduction process which enhanced the production capacity by 350% and cost saving of energy by 7.5%. • Implemented a cycle time reduction of 20%, led to enhancement of the overall efficiency of the oxidation catalyst production. • Handled SAP-MM (Materials Management) module for material and service issuance, raising PR, checking inventory consumption. • Utilized back scheduling techniques to optimize the delivery lead time by 25% to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) towards client. • Prepared Gantt chart for smooth operations and executed activities related to planning, scheduling for project management. • Conducted scale up and commercialization of Radiation Shielding Window (RSW) Glasses for BARC and BRIT under DAE and applied Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the quality improvement of decolorized variants for nuclear medicinal applications. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including procurement, accounts, and logistics, to ensure seamless end-to-end execution in delivering 1800 kilograms of oxidation catalyst to RIL.
