Having sufficient knowledge about the restaurant as the core, it allows me to focus more on my work flow and customer service. Through the time working as an waitress, now I have more experience interacting with customers, the appropriate up and down sell, and proceed payments at table or till. Following efficient capability, I have gradually received training as a host and proceed to tackle more host related tasks.
