Produced this on a weekly basis, in addition to the weekly councillors’ newsletter.• Provided internal communications support to a major change programme called Customer First, which aims to encourage residents to transact with the council online as opposed to by telephone.   I provide a media relations, public affairs and communications service to support Camden Council's response to the multi-billion pound railway project High Speed 2 (HS2).In the last year I have worked on key projects including the council's push for comprehensive redevelopment of Euston Station (if HS2 goes ahead), the council's HS2 replacement housing programme and the compensation campaign A Fair Deal for London, a cross-political party, cross-London campaign highlighting the unfair discrepancy between urban and rural compensation.
