      As a Sr. Engineer at PG Instrumentation Team, responsible for access and harmonize operational instructions of all instrumentation lab teams, providing “best practices” direction for each one of them.       Senior Maintenance Engineer

      As a Senior Engineer at Central Maintenance CAPG team, I’m responsible for coordinating the activities of maintenance technicians’ team for automotive test equipment (climatic chambers, servo-hydraulic test equipment, shakers, chassis dynamometers, various test controllers and data acquisition systems), in all CAPG lab’s, distributing among the team members the W.Os. issued by system (MAXIMO IBM).I coordinate the maintenance schedule and needs of CAPG eqpmt, eventually loading in this system info when add new eqpmt, and creating the maintenance routines and schedule, according eqpmt. manual.I’m responsible to evaluate, harmonize, and write, work instructions and procedures related to the maintenance activities, for labs’ maintenance team, providing the guidance of "best practices".I’m also responsible to written technical scope for hiring maintenance providers for CAPG test eqpmt, additionally managing these service providers and their scheduling according to the pre-established maintenance agenda, following-up on the service invoices and ensuring that such providers meet all the work instructions, operational procedures, safety & policies required by GM.I actively participate in the annual financial planning of the Central Maintenance team, seeking in the market budgetary quotes of spare parts, and services necessary to meet the schedule of maintenance activities, and the yearly financial planning of expenses in meetings with Central maintenance team.In addition, I provide technical support and assessment for the specification of new test equipment, looking for their needs for infrastructure, utilities and facilities, participating in the integration and design project with potential suppliers, in order to meet future product projects and investments of GM, according to the needs presented by new products, changes of production process in order to meet the product specifications and validation according standards, requirements and the current legislation.
