Primary focus on clinical training and development for hospital associates. Act as product owner of the safety event reporting platform and the event reporting program. Developed and deployed a program to provide ongoing development of clinical skills for hospital associates initially driven by the need to change the onboarding process for veterinarians during the COVID-19 pandemic.
