      Member of a product team focused on supporting hospital culture and associate experience from the veterinary perspective through agile processes. Primary focus on clinical training and development for hospital associates. Act as product owner of the safety event reporting platform and the event reporting program. Developed and deployed a program to provide ongoing development of clinical skills for hospital associates initially driven by the need to change the onboarding process for veterinarians during the COVID-19 pandemic. The larger Veterinary Quality team on which I sat performed analysis, design, and verification of continuous quality improvement projects using data collected from patient safety event reporting, medical record review, audits and structured/unstructured electronic medical record data.
