  Present JOB DESCRIPTION:a) Ensuring the availability of sufficient competent personnel to plan, perform, and supervise continuing airworthiness management activities. b) Preparation, approval, and implementation of GO FIRST aircraft maintenance program and management of applicable reliability program. c) Analysis of the effectiveness of the aircraft maintenance program d) Coordination with appropriately approved CAR145 organizations including contracted organizations for compliance with scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, repairs/modifications, and airworthiness directives, replacement of service life limited parts, and component inspection. f) Ensuring that the execution of aircraft maintenance contracts is in accordance with CAR-M requirements and that contracted maintenance meets the terms of the contract.g) Ensuring that the optimum utilization of each aircraft is planned and monitored to meet the commercial operations requirements. h) Plan compliance with various maintenance schedules, component replacement, out-of-phase tasks, and Service Bulletins/Airworthiness Directives and ensure compliance, prior to its due period.i) Ensuring that manhour estimates are provided for all scheduled maintenance checks.j) Control and circulation of maintenance data. Formulate and revise MEL, Auto Land Manual, and organization manualk)Ensure modifications and repairs are carried out to an approved standard.l) Ensure all A/Dand Service Bulletins are reviewed and complied with as required. m) Coordinating action on airworthiness occurrences, Delay, and repetitive defects for initiating a necessary investigation and follow-up action as required. o) Controlling and managing the Continuing Airworthiness Records p) Ensure Engine Health Monitoring is carried out and appropriate advice is passed on to Engineering Planning. q) Review of Aircraft Performance Monitoring reports and shortfalls in aircraft performance are investigated and corrective measures initiated.
