I spearheaded local governmental relations with County Commissioners fostering partnerships.• Liaised with county commissioners, serving as the Department representative in scheduled hearings and addressing state legislative and budget directive concerns, coordinating to promote and protect Department interests.• Partnered with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment as an on-loan executive and SME to guide the Federal Pathway Home Grant strategic roadmap, unifying diverse teams under a programmatic mission and objective.• Leveraged intimate knowledge of the inner workings of state government to support the program, successfully navigating processes, hierarchies, and red tape to secure the maximum allowable award for Colorado.
