  Designed the layout for 2800-meter squire facility.Created the workflow process for production line. Achieved +/- 15 min. in balancing the production line between the two workstations.Created and maintained the S.O.P. for the assembly procedure.Created and maintained daily production report for the track of production according to each station.Maintaing daily output report for each workstation to optimize and balance the workflow. Designed and developed prototype of the cargo box for Shakti-8 with the help of light weight material FRP for side wall and for internal supporting structure we used metal tube and achieved 100kg weight reduction.Reversed engineered the chassis, created the model and the drawing for the same using UG-NX, created actual prototype.Created Bill of material for the vehicle.
