Building relationships with residential and care home organisations while managing a team of pharmacy dispensers to deliver an excellent and safe service to our customers. During my time in this small but intense health and beauty store I worked through store different roles. As assistant manager for 3 years I coached and mentored staff to achieve business growth and high levels of customer service.
