The Indian business operations operated on a high technology platform to offer diverse IT enabled services with quality, knowledge, software solutions, analytic, data mining, modeling, remote network monitoring, e learning and customer contact centers. GECIS’s call center, customer service – Inbound (CSIB) deals with 56 different credit cards, that are direct clients of GE worldwide and GECIS. India-CSIB handles some of the worlds prestigious customers like Home Depot, Wal-Mart, JC Penny & Exxon Mobil. Involved with CSIB and simultaneously handled other portfolios like Bridge of Wards, & Channel Specialist of the Employee Referral Scheme. Managed teams from 20 to 180, prepared performance reports – agent wise based on AHT, productivity, PZ’s and schedules. Managing Productivity based on calls waiting, speed of answer, idle time, ACD calls, AHT, PTO’s, abandoned calls, abandon time and agents staffed. Coaching associates and giving feedback on developmental areas, based on quality, calibration and productivity. Organizing huddles, appraisals, updates, and discussions.
